Bloody Daddy 2023 Movie Trailer Poster Release Date

Shahid Kapoor has been playing the angry guy for a while now and his latest movie Bloody Daddy, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, has him playing another angry dude who's involvement in some drug trade activity and shoots  flame from the gun. The trailer for Bloody Daddy was released on Wednesday, and it suggests that the events of this film are spread out over the course of a night when Shahid's character becomes embroiled in a drug deal.


The film also stars Ronit Roy, Sanjay Kapoor, Rajeev Khandelwal, Diana Penty, and Shahid throws punches in every direction. From the outfit on him, it seems there's an attempt to make him look like John Wick, but whether there's any comparison between the two remains to be seen.

Shahid Kapoor is back on screen, guns blazing. The trailer for his new movie Bloody Daddy was released on social media on Wednesday and the film looks dark, bloody and action-packed.

The trailer gives a glimpse of the plot involving a drug lord played by Ronit Roy asking Shahid to return a bag of cocaine that is rightfully his. Shahid does what he is told to do, but the package contains flour and not cocaine and then all hell breaks loose. The trailer also gives a glimpse of other actors playing key roles in the film: Sanjay Kapoor, Rajeev Khandelwal, and Diana Penty are hell-bent on stopping Shahid Kapoor on his mission.

Bloody Daddy will open on June 9 at Jio Cinemas. The public will not have to pay anything to see the film on the platform. This is quite rare for a Hindi film starring someone as big as Shahid, and it is directed by someone who has previously done films like Sultan, Bharat and more recently Jogi.

Talking about the sheer scale of the film and its OTT release, Shahid said in a statement, “I had a great time making an action movie. I really enjoyed working with Ali. He understands the genre very well.
